The contact's girlfriend owns a 2014 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that while his girlfriend was driving 25 MPH,   the passenger's side tire detached. The vehicle was towed to the dealer; however the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 160,000.
