The contact owns a 2013 Toyota Highlander. While the vehicle was parked, the contact discovered that the carpet was soaked with water. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the air conditioning drain was clogged and needed to be flushed. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 13V442000 (air bags, electrical system, equipment). The approximate failure mileage was 23,000.
