engine stops suddenly engine stops suddenly engine stops suddenly engine stops suddenly

Hello...I purchase 3 new Land Cruiser cars in Saudi Arabia. One of them after 2 months something happened to the engine. I went to Toyota Car Services Center. They told me this is a factory fault. They told me they will change to new engine .. they don't .. They replaced some part inside the engine and made maintenance to the engine !! Plus I find they painted the car body !! Plus scratches on front cover and not fixed good.

I find out factory fault in body ....

I bought a brand new landcruiser 2011 last week and after the first 1200km, I made my first trip driving 400Km distance to visit my family. Mi way in my trip the engine stopped and it was difficult to start it, with great difficulty the max speed I could reach was 60Km/hr so it took me 7 hours to reach my destination for a trip that will usually take 3 1/2 hours. You can imagine the feeling, it was my first planned trip with my family in the new car, our week end was ruined trying to reach the dealer for maintenance, the attitude of the dealer was unacceptable and their focus was to see if the fix is covered by warranty or by me!! I have to pay for shipping the car to my city, no one offered me to cover the expenses or have a replacement car. After struggling for few days trying to reach the person in charge, myself and my wife end up calling 6 different persons in 3 different cities who claimed that the problem will be fixed and they will get back to us!!! Finally, someone was enlightened and called us stating that the gas we filled the car with was not pure and it did block the gas filter?? and toyota will cover that !! I was not happy with the conclusion nor the solution and I insist to either get a new not defected car or my money. I felt like what I was asking for was a wishful thinking from the dealer response. Now, I'm stuck and want to make further complaints but I cannot reach Toyota's chair person or CEO in my country(saudi arabia). I have tried reaching the headquarters in Japan but they have no contact address what so ever on the internet. I lost faith Toyota and wish I got GMC instead!! Mohammad
