This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Toyota dealer.
The rubber on the left side passenger door keeps coming off, so will be taking it in to the dealer and have it replaced or fix under the extended warranty.

This car is only 2 years old with 33000 kms, and the rubber seal in the body opening, not on the door itself, of the driver side rear door is popping out at corners. If you push on one corner to push the seal back in, it pops out at the next corner and vice versa. Fixed under warranty, but that rubber should last a lot longer than that ! And that door hardly ever gets used. I decided to check the passenger rear door after the warranty work was done, and I can see the problem is starting there as well, and the rear doors are rarely used in this car. I can see I will be getting the passenger side repaired under warranty soon as well.

Really shows cheap workmanship when the door gaskets shrink and no longer fit in the door frame. Not going to take it to the dealer to get it fixed and have my wallet emptied.
