Dash rattle was confirmed and repaired by Romano Toyota Ltd in Syracuse NY on 1/11/19. At the time, I demonstrated the rattle to the dealer's service technician by simply gently tapping on the center of the dash. The reported correction by the dealer was to adjust a wire underneath the dash board to reduce rattles as much as possible. While this repair worked for a short time, the dash rattle returned. The rattle seems to be weather and temperature dependent, and is more pronounced during periods of higher outdoor humidity and air temperatures. The rattle can be very annoying at times.

I reached out to a Toyota Brand Engagement Advocate on August 23, 2022 (Toyota case #220822002187) for assistance and a possible TSB on the issue but was denied a warranty/repair request, despite the fact that the dash rattle started during the original 36 month warranty period.
