The contact owns a 1998 Toyota rav 4. the contact stated that she recently purchased the vehicle but did not noticed that the frame was significantly corroded and rusted. The manufacturer was contacted and they are unable to do anything about the failure since there were no recalls against the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer for repairs or diagnosis. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 117,565.
