RAV4 LX

  • Automatic transmission
  • 94,000 miles

While driving home yesterday we heard a noise sounded like gravel on road causing engine light to go on. After being taken to a garage (towed) we were told that it was the water pump and belt. These were fixed. After spending $450 we were then told that the water pump went through the engine. The car is a 2006 with 94000 miles. We had no other problems and changed the oil every 3000 miles and recently had a new alternator installed.
