The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Rav4. While the vehicle was stationary, the air bag indicator illuminated and the horn did not work. An independent mechanic diagnosed that the air bag clockspring was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
