RAV4 Limited V6

This is a Big safety problem. My husband is a tall person, when driving the sun visor looses tension and flops down

blocking forward vision, when driving mostly over bumps or the ever present speed bumps in So. Calif. Many are speeding in residential areas so they are prevalent on side streets to slow down the cafe racers in the hood.

The sun visor has failed and was replaced under our complaint to the dealer, now just a short time later, out of warranty, it has failed again. I was quoted $150-165 for a new part. Just when you pay off the car payments, the car reminds you I'm just like one of your CHILDREN, I need braces or dance lessons new tires, brake shoes. Also this is a big heavy SUV and eats brake dust for breakfast so get ready,to get the little baby new break shoes often.

So back to the first safety issue failure, the sun visor is unreliable, it fails with daily use and will fall with a bump in the road to block your forward vision in the morning commute going into the sun. And in the evening commute going into the sunset on the way home to your other BABYS.

This is a safety hazard waiting to happen, sudden blockage of forward vision IS A SAFETY ISSUE. I will repeat, sudden blockage of forward vision at freeway speeds is not good.

Ha, ha, if you total your car will you but a new TOYOTA?
