This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Toyota dealer.
Low tire pressure light stayed on all the time. Had the tires checked by local dealer, were OK. Light stilled stayed on, suggested to take back to Toyota dealer, which I did. It was the spare tire that was low on air.
