The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Rav4. While operating the vehicle, the navigation/information system suddenly malfunctioned. The screen turned a blue color and the system became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (premier Toyota, 47190 cooper foster park rd, amherst, oh) where it was diagnosed that the entire information/navigation system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 63,194.
