The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Rav4. The contact stated that the instrument panel lighting was dim. The contact had difficulty viewing the gauges. Last week, the contact almost crashed because he was focusing so hard on trying to see the screen. Yark Toyota (1377 conant St, maumee, oh 43537, (419) 737-4373) was notified, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer stated that the instrument panel lighting was normal. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and agreed with the dealer. The failure mileage was 18,000. The VIN was invalid.
