I've had the vehicle in for service 2 times for the AC. They cannot identify the reason that the AC does not cool when the car is idling. The air blows ok but it is not cooled. One service person thought it was due to the ECO settings, another does not believe that the AC should not cool even when in the ECO mode. They have driven the car several times and they recognize the issue but have not come up with a fix or explanation.
