The contact owns a 2019 Toyota Rav4. The contact stated that while picking up her husband, upon sitting on the front passenger-€™s seat, he noticed that the seat was extremely hot. The contact stated that the heated seat feature was in the off position. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer and the vehicle was being diagnosed while filing the complaint. The vehicle was not yet diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 39,000.
