uncontrollable acceleration

Please before the video begins, turn up the volume of your speakers as high as possible to listen the acceleration

1998 Toyota Sienna with 193xxx, no check engine light. When uphills, I press a litte bit the gas pedal and this is what happens... it starts to accelerate on it's own, I can barely stop it with the brakes. Yesterday I almost crash because of that. To stop the van I always put in neutral. The problem is there since I purchased the van with 190xxx.

I don't know what it can be, I've done all the services, I can say the van is in perfect shape, I don't see any recall for this problem, I don't know if other people are having the same problem.

The problem is it's getting worst everyday. I'm really scared to use my car now, and obviously I can't sell the car because of this problem.

Update from Nov 16, 2014: I already found what's causing my acceleration problems and the culprit is.... TOYOTA SIENNA CRUISE CONTROL ACCELERATOR LINK CABLE 7815008010

The cable in mention have a rubber notch for installation purposes that was worn out, making the cable to move when engine accelerates, accelerating the engine.
