2005 Toyota Sienna driver side door made a loud pop when opening. Customer stated she took it to the dealer and they told her it would cost 300 to 400 dollars. Consumer would like to know how many Sienna's have this problem. The dealer informed the consumer, that the weld on the door hinge was broken. The consumer took the vehicle to a collision center and was told the price would be $250 dollars. The dealer did agree to pay half of the cost.
