The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Sienna xle. The contact stated that while pressing the trunk release and putting her groceries in the vehicle, the trunk automatically released and she injured her nose while she attempted to move her head out of the way of the trunk lid. The vehicle had not been inspected by a dealer nor had it been repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 56,000. Updated 04/05/11 updated 04/05/11
