The power lift gate failed while closing, causng the hinges/hinge mounts to bend. The door is now miss aligned. Toyota service originally said that it would be covered under the waranty. After having the car for a week, Toyota called and said that they would not cover the repair. We complained to the number that had been provided to us and we told that they would contact us. IT's been 2 months and NOTHING from Toyota. We are currently working with an attorney.
We are extremely dissapointed with Toyota and their service. I would NOT recommend buying a Toyota to anyone...t
