Engine stalled completely when pulling away from red light. Managed to coast into parking lot despite heavy traffic. Engine restarted but stumbled on and off. Seems to happen when engine is cold or in process of warming up. Outside ambient temp was around 60F at the time.
Update from Sep 26, 2022: Took car to dealer. They had it three weeks but, reportedly, could not find a problem. I can find the problem almost every time the vehicle is driven from a cold start. After hearing about the Denso fuel pump issue for this year and model I today contacted Toyota (Brand) and was informed there was no recall.
This van is a safety hazard and I need to get it fixed ASAP! It is still under original Toyota warranty.
What basis did you have for reporting the recall? No one seems to know about it.
