Rear seat passengers heads strike the rear window. If I were to be rearended by another vehicle, an occupants head will go through the glass.

I am concerned that nothing is in place to prevent rear seat passengers heads from striking the rear window. Vehicle is sold with "child restraint system" however, nothing is in place to stop someones head from striking the glass in case of an accident and during acceleration. I have written before and not received any kind of response from you or Toyota.
