Tacoma 4-cyl

I have a 2007 Tacoma pick-up truck. The brakes have faded or malfunctioned 4 times with the vehicle. The dealership has looked at it and the factory reps have looked at it and cant find anything wrong. I went through one intersection and crossed two meridians into traffic with no brakes or very little. It also did it one time behind a semi whre I could not stop as he was braking. It seems to act up when the air-conditioning is on along with the cruise control or just the air-conditioning. I cant really tell when it is going to happen. Eventually, I am going to get killed or someone else is. Please help respectfully, andrew w. ejma smc usn retired
