The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that the driver's and passenger-€™s side visors made a popping sound and became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to a repair shop where both the visors were replaced; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
