problem #2

Tundra 6-cyl

  • 50,000 miles
Seat belt malfunction on passenger side. Belt will not seize when brakes are suddenly applied. Mechanism in rear (extended cab) area has apparently separated which, in turn, has caused the front seat belt to be inoperative..

problem #1

Tundra 4WD 8-cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 16,000 miles
I found the driver's seat belt on the 2006 Toyota Tundra showing premature wear and fraying, the spot is in the center to the belt, in a location that sits on the drivers lap, not near the buckle or anywhere it should rub.
