Tundra

  • 25,000 miles
The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Tundra. The contact had the vehicle inspected for routine maintenance. The dealer found that both spokes where busted. The dealer asked the contact if he had an accident. The contact stated no he hadn't been in an accident. The dealer then called the manufacturer and informed them of the problem. The manufacturer no longer sold that model tire and stated that contact could get four new wheels. They let him chose from two different models at know cost to him. The vehicle was at the dealer at the time of the complaint. The new tires are being ordered. The contact feels that the manufacturer knew there was an failure with the wheels, thats the reason they stopped selling them. The failure mileage was 25000 and the current mileage was 25000. The VIN was not available.
