Okay I officially hate Toyota now. The 2008 was not ready for the sales lot and they put it out there anyway. The drive train was sh*t from the beginning and it may have been fixed but I wont pay 50k to find out if they decided to get their sh*t together. I am shopping for a truck for my son for graduation right now and it wont be a Toyota. The truck starts to vibrate at 50 and seems to level out at 70 so I just live with it . IT IS THE MOST F_ING ANNOYING THING IN THE WORLD>....... I rebuild the transmission for 3000 at a transmission shop for 1000 less than Toyota wanted for a rebuilt. They couldn't diagnose the problem as far as I could tell. They just wanted to throw a tranny in it and pray for the best.... Still don't know what it is. Not the tires and rims had them balanced repeatedly. There is slack in the driveshaft bushing but they said that was not the problem. Issue with this vehicle since the start. Driveshaft replace at 25k with leaking water pump. Air condition dash fan replaced at 95k. Alternator replaced right after the 100k warranty went out. $1000 dollars to fix. REALLY A $1000 DOLLARS. Why because the TOYOTA engineers decided it was a great F_ING thing to put the Freaking alternator on the bottom of the engine with the water, dust and grime could get into the sensitive expensive part that cost a freaking 1000 dollars to fix. WAKE UP TOYOTA PUT THE F*CKING ALTENATOR ON THE TOP LIKE THE REST OF AMERICA> SUCH STUPID ASSES>!!!!

Ive had my fill with Toyota. OH YEAH and the ride is horrendous. You might as well be right an 1800's buck board because the ride is the same. Granted this was the 2008 but it was not ready to be sold and they did it anyway and it will cost them their reputation with all the customers that have experienced what I have.
