Update from Apr 19, 2014: Stupid ignition switch still wont let go of the key without several tries ..
Not Safe .. have left key in vehicle

This should be covered under Toyota warranty. Only had 46,649 miles on truck when reported. Warranty expired at 36,000 miles. This is not a user error, this is a defective engineered part!
