Tundra Limited 5.7L

Whenever my vent control is on face everything is fine. When I turn control to floor, a/c blows on face, floor, and defrost. Same with whenever it is on defrost. Very annoying! Didn't do that when I first bought. Truck had 9 miles when I bought it. There are numerous other issues too.
