Cleveland Toyota of Tennessee left me and my family stranded in Panama with a CAT 5 Hurricane en route and evacuation ordered. Rack and pinion went out while turning into parking space of condo. They tried to blame me for the rack and pinion telling the dealer in Panama to state I had been off roading. Dealer stated they could not do that and that my truck was one of the cleanest they had ever seen. No dirt at all... wanted 18- and 1/2-hour labor plus parts. After a big fight with Cleveland Toyota. Had to rent car and drive back to Chattanooga.

It took 2 months to get truck back and fought dealer the whole time to fix. They were finally forced to fix it. Guess what. They had it fixed in 3 hours. He said well the book said to bill for the 18 and 1/2. Complete price gouging and stealing. My last Toyota, period. Maybe book needs to be changed. It’s disturbing to see them rip off people, pay their employees nothing and profit like Kings. Still have very bad steering issues with the truck. Fighting them on this.
