The contact owns a 2013 Volkswagen Cc. The contact took the vehicle to Wyoming valley Audi (126 narrows rd, larksville, pa 18651, 570-288-7411) to be serviced per an unknown recall. The technician informed the contact that the clock spring had fractured. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the clock spring was previously serviced per an unknown recall. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
