Eos

I brought a Volkswagen Eos 2007 and was not aware of the airbag light being default light came on when I hit a speedbump. Took to Volkswagen dealership and I was I had pay to get fixed I didnot feel that was my responsibility because it is a safety issue that they should have corrected or recall. I was on my way to work that morning and I total my car and I was told that I was driving on wrong side of the road and everything donot remember nothing. I had chest pain for over a month. I contacted Volkswagen and they send a engineer to look at the car but the engineer never contacted me as to how the accident happen. I read his report he lie saying it was a weak battery as I said took to Volkswagen dealership and that was not the problem. I also talk to a mechanic that work on cars stated that if the airbag light is on the airbag should not have deployed but it did. This is my first time purchasing a Volkswagen and I paid cash for 20,000 and I am out of my money. They treated me like I was stupid and very rude I was told that there was one else in the company I could talk to. This is a safety issue that needs to be address.
