So this time the car started to overheat. Took it to the dealer to find that the valve cover gasket had failed and was leaking oil onto the water pump to cause it to fail for a second time. Replaced this time under extended warranty.

Started to notice a coolant leak after leaving for work in the morning. Frustrating having to replace this after only 12K miles.
