Golf Alltrack SEL Cxbb-1798ccm

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100,000 miles

VW Dealer of Ocala worked on my car sunroof due to a recall when I took my car to the dealer to change tire , ever since my car has had leaking issues and my car is full of mold. I called VW corporate office 8/2/2021 and they agreed to help me, and now on 8/24/2021 VW Corporate office is telling me that I have to contact the dealer. I called the dealer and the dealer is telling me to contact VW corporate office to help me - they didn't do anything wrong. The manager at Ocala told me when they checked my car, they didn't find any leaking in my car. My husband is my witness - he saw how water was leaking inside the car through sunroof. I found on Consumer Reports others' VW Golf Alltrack owners complaining about Body Integrity talking about water leaks due to drains tubes in the car's was improperly installed. I am an asthma patient and I am concerned with the mold in my car.

Can someone help me to solve the problem with VW Corporate Office? VW built a car with a defect and they know it. The technicians at dealer in VW Ocala worked on my car sunroof due to manufacturing issues with my car sunroof. They are the only ones have worked on my car's sunroof.

sunroof drain leak sunroof drain leak

The sunroof started randomly leaking one day after noticing a spot where a previous leak (fixed via other recall for sunroof itself) was. Took in and it turns out to be the drain and not covered even though the sunroof has leaked before on a similar issue and is a super common occurrence for 2016+ VWs. This should be fixed and covered for the lifetime of the vehicle given a poor design.
