Jetta GL 2.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 130,000 miles

AC stops becoming cold due to the fact that their is a Freon leak next to a sensor that has a little ding indentation. Tried to fix it myself but leaked a bunch of white smoke out of my hood of my car after five minutes of servicing. About 150,000 miles in, the AC has stop blowing regular air and doesn't function what so ever.

Jetta GLS 2.0L

  • Manual transmission
  • 182,000 miles

OK, so starting this summer the AC of the car stopped working, only hot air. Mechanic changed AC sensor, and an AC module, car was fine but after a week the car stopped working good. Now it blows cold air only if the car has already run for at least 15min, really rare and annoying on a city with temps like 120 F.

A/C blows hot air. I have had multiple problems with this car. This is just one of the many annoying things that have broken in the past year.
