The contact owns a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta. The contact stated that the vehicle would unlock and lock without warning. The vehicle was taken to auburn VW (3109 auburn way North, auburn, wa 9800,2 253-499-4121) to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the lock actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and suggested that the vehicle be taken to an authorized dealer to be repaired. The failure mileage was not available. The VIN was not available.
