2013 VW Jetta radio volume, channel changing knob function, station seek bar all fail to work at most times. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it does not allow any channel change or volume control. I've read where this is a problem with the 2011 models but I seem to be the first to report a radio problem with a 2013 model. No way I'd spend 800 bucks to replace it, especially since it may just do the same thing again with a new radio. This is really poor quality and will be the last VW I ever buy!
