In October 2019 the horn on my 2016 VW Jetta stopped working intermittently. When I tried taking it to the dealer under full factory warranty it started working again. (VW was not helpful with intermittent problems).
November 2019 someone almost hit me - I tried to blow the horn and nothing happened. Sometimes when the horn works it is barely audible.

As of 05/15/2020, the horn does not work at all.
