The contact owns a 2014 Volkswagen Passat. While driving various speeds, the contact experienced extreme headaches and nausea continuously. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was driven to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the vehicle leaked carbon monoxide. The dealer replaced a hose, but the issue recurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 75,000.
