Tiguan S 2.0L

The fan blower in my car never worked right from Day 1. I mentioned it to the salesman, who said they all sound like that. Also to the porter for service who made the same comment. I stupidly ignored my gut, and let it go. The annoying noise only happened on the highest settings, so I rarely remembered it was there. One scorching day in August I started the car to cool it down, and came out to find my son had turned the fan all the way up, and it wasn't working at all. No AC and No Heat. I think it had a bad bearing from the beginning.

Had the vehicle fixed at the dealership in Prince George, B.C. Invoice number 72409 December 22, 2015. They replaced heater, housing and clip due to moisture in the fan from snow, heater fan stopped altogether. I suspect this will happen again. Hope it doesn't. When it's cold out the windshield freezes inside and out. I suggest you put a new system that will not allow any type of moisture into the heater fan, freeze it and

shut it down completely. Please reply to this problem ASAP as we would like to know what you are going to do?
