This car has a design issue, its sunroof drains get clogged and the water penetrates the vehicle when it rains soaking the carpet and insulation below it. It becomes a breeding ground for mold and could become very expensive to re-mediate and also could cause health issues. VW needs to make the cleaning of drains mandatory every service not every 40K miles. Even at 40K most dealers don't bother with checklists and cut corners. The downtown Volkswagen of Chicago is one of the worst and don't service your car there.
