I paid HKD$4380 for a regular maintenance service by VW Hong Kong at 11525km. Then the car has vibrating gearbox problem and has to have the gearbox taken down for repair at 14752km.
I keep complaining about this issue - how can a gearbox die so early, and the tech crew of VW HK keeps saying it is driver problem because driver does not know how to drive DSG gearbox (even though it is advertised as an automatic car).
Today the VW tech crew insulted me openly and publicly on FB, urging me to drive the car from Hong Kong all the way to Germany VW HQ for better inspection. He further said it is not a car problem but a human driver problem (he is referring to me) that needs to be fixed.
