Happens everytime you hit the brake. Can't count the number of times. The dealer, Kelly Volvo, Ft. Wayne IN doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Don't buy a volvo. They can't get right on first try and charge excessively. Took back four times. Never fixed problem that I took car in for. Charged $600 for 60K mile service instead. Doesn't listen to customer of 19 years! Will never use them again. Volvo Customer Service failed us also. Better cars on the market for your money.
