While waiting in line for car inspection, had the car in neutral with the hand brake on, I then put the car in drive and suddenly it lunged forward. Trying not to hit other cars, but could not stop the car. Finally I hit a guard rail, bounced off a curb and hit a truck and finally smashed into a concrete wall. Air bags did not deploy.
