My Suspension has been compromised when my MDX was being towed onto a flat bed it rolled off from 5 feet above and the back hitting the ground first and next the front, the driver of the tow truck was negligent did not do it the right way. Now I am hearing a clunking, very bouncy, pulling to the left. the towing company replaced all the lights bumpers and did the cosmetic part but now they don't want to fix my suspension noises. The claim its wear and tear on the struts. Regardless I was not getting these issues before the truck fell off the flat bed tow truck. I realize these struts are garbage I replaced them at 180 km now I have 250 km. Acura should have paid for the first time replacement but they flat out refused. The hell with Acura I am done with them. We pay such elevated prices for these cars and there is the treatment you get on their defected product. Looking at all the forums there is a lot of people with the same suspension issues. I am going to make up cards when I see a MDX going to put the card with a detail info and have them respond to me if they had same issue and going to put a class action law suit against Acura.
