The 2014 MDX is now equipped with a driver's side mirror that is split vertically into two pieces one larger and one smaller. The smaller mirror creates the illusion that a passing car is crashing into your vehicle. It is quite disconcerting to a driver. Both myself and my son have had this experience. It causes a driver to react to a danger that does not exist.
