MDX Tech 3.2L V7

In addition to all the warning systems reporting “problems” the car was difficult to drive as it kept trying to downshift at engine rpm in excess of 200rpm. Car continued to be hard to start with all system warnings reporting problems. Car was taken to the dealer for service and dealer reset the alarms with the car then behaving normally..upon inquiry the only thing I was told that I could do would be to bring th e car in again if it did the same thing. Unfortunately this becomes potentially a significant reliability issue for those of us that drive distances on rural roads. When this was pointed out to the service representative said that the problem was classified as the same risk as bad weather or an accident, which it absolutely is not. It is an engineering or software problem in the product.
