The contact owns a 2019 Acura MDX. While driving 35 mph, the contact noticed that the front windshield was distorted on both the driver and passenger side pillar areas. When looking through the windshield at these points, the glass was extremely distorted and caused nausea. The vehicle was taken to metro Acura (9377 autoplex St, montclair, ca 91763, (909) 626-6000) where it was diagnosed that the windshield needed to be replaced; however, the replacement windshield was worse off than the original windshield. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided a case number. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.
