The contact owns a 2024 Acura MDX. The contact stated the messages "Parking Sensor Failure - See Dealer", "Brake Performance Failure" and "Brakes May Be Reduced - See Dealer" were displayed. Additionally, the Forward Collision Avoidance sensor would alert the contact of a potential collision erroneously. The contact also noticed that the wheels were out of alignment. Additionally, the contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle surged forward and felt like the transmission had shifted from 1st to 3rd gear instantly, and the failure recurred while decelerating to come to a stop. The contact stated while driving approximately 5 MPH in a parking lot, the vehicle suddenly felt like the transmission was in 3rd gear. The contact immediately depressed the brake pedal and stopped the vehicle.
