Paid dealer at Calabasas CA to replace front rotor & pads. Same issue re-occurred in 2017, saw online a TSA about front brake rotor manufacturing defect. Dealer refused to repair, and I ended up paying an independent shop to replace front rotor and pad again. I own two Subarus, with much, much better brake quality. OEM brake parts on Subaru are cheaper too.
