I truly hate this car!!! I had an Acura that I loved, I'm so very disappointed. It is not a joy to ride along and wait on the next jerk or jump. The gears shift so hard that it knocks your head back, literally. Had a dealer twice, flushed transmission fluid and did software update, some slight improvement... but so very annoying. Wish I could get help on this issue. Never buy an Acura RDX!

I don’t understand how something that is so obviously a mechanical issue could be fixed by a computer flash. The car starts very sluggishly then creeps up to 25mph before surging and the entire body slams hard into 3rd gear. The flash has seemed to stop the issue for now but it’s still not shifting correctly.
