RDX 2021 designer totally failed on break pads. After 6 months driving it, right after first service I started hearing brake noise from the back, after two months I finally could go to service dept. and the nicest service manager fixed the problem. A week later the front brake start squeaky noise, again I took it to her and she was so sweet changed all the pads, rotor and said she did whatever she could. This time the noise not only didn't go away but also got louder. This loud squeaky noise which is so annoying happens when I start driving the car after parking for a while. The service manager said this is the kind of pads that Acura decided to use for this model car, which creates dust and it builds up over night or when we park.

Imagine yourself waiting in the line with your co-workers to bring your car from Valet. Your car comes with this loud noise, everyone hold their ears and saying how old is your car, go fix your brake! This is not what I'm expecting from a luxury car! Acura should spend more money to hire smarter designer and not to use those cheap pads that bring the value of their cars down. I will not recommend Acura to anyone.
